Bangladesh, Iraq discuss stronger cooperation on sidelines of UNGA | News

DHAKA, Sept 25, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh and Iraq have agreed to explore avenues for further strengthening bilateral cooperation in key sectors, including manpower, trade, and connectivity. The understanding came when Foreign Affairs Adviser of Bangladesh Md. Touhid Hossain held a meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister Dr. Fuad Hussein on the sidelines of the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) High-Level Week in New York on Thursday.
