WASHINGTON, Sept 26, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - US President Donald Trump labeled former FBI director James Comey "a dirty cop," hours after he was indicted on two criminal counts amid an escalating campaign of retribution against Trump's foes. Comey was charged Thursday with making false statements and obstruction of justice in connection with the probe he conducted into whether Russia interfered in the 2016 election that Trump won and if he colluded with the Russians.
