2,297 people get legal support thru SC legal aid  | Law and Court

DHAKA, Sept 26, 2025 (BSS) - A total of 2,297 people have received free legal support through the National Legal Aid Services Organization (NLASO), according to a report published on NLASO website. The report said that it has also rendered legal assistance for the insolvent and poor people against 2297 cases between 2009 and August 2025 from the Supreme Court legal aid office so far. Besides, the legal aid offices in 64 districts have given free legal services in 4,31,693 cases, while Dhaka and Chattogram Sramik Legal aid cells gave free services in 4,484 cases.
