A horrendous batting display dashed Bangladesh’s hope of qualifying for the Asia Cup final as they lost to Pakistan by 11 runs in their third and final Super Four game at the Dubai International Stadium on Thursday. Bangladesh needed only 136 in the virtual semi-final but only managed 124-9 runs in 20 overs. Pakistan will now face India in the final on Sunday, for the first time in Asia Cup history.
