Bangladesh reports another dengue death as hospitalisations surpass 44,000 this year

Bangladesh has recorded one more death from dengue fever in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities this year to 188, while admissions surged past 44,000 mark. Another 632 new patients have been admitted to hospitals across the country with the Aedes mosquito-borne disease during the period, raising the tally of hospitalisations this year to 44,743.
