Court orders Interpol Red Notice against S Alam, 2 others | Others

DHAKA, Sept 25, 2025 (BSS) - A Dhaka court has ordered the issuance of an Interpol Red Notice against S Alam Group chairman Mohammad Saiful Alam and two others. Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Sabbir Foyez passed the order today following a petition filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). Confirming the matter, ACC Public Relations Officer Akhtarul Islam said the directive also includes S Alam Group vice chairman Abdus Samad and director Mohammad Abdullah Hasan. The petition stated that the accused colluded to create a fake company, AM Trading, through which they prepared and used forged documents.
