Firefighter Shamim Ahmed laid to eternal rest | District

NETROKONA, Sept 24, 2025 (BSS) - Firefighter Shamim Ahmed laid to eternal rest at his village graveyard at Pizahati in Masaka union of Kendua upazila of the district this morning. Earlier, the second Namaz-e-Janaza of Shamim was held at his village where a number of people including, politicians, firefighters, officials of different public and private organizations, took part. At the beginning, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Emdadul Haque paid rich tribute to Shamim by placing floral wreath on his coffin. After that, a guard of honour was given by firefighters.
