Chattogram, Rangamati emerge champions | Sports

DHAKA, Sept 23, 2025 (BSS)- Chattogram and Rangamati districts emerged men'sand women's division champions respectively in Karnaphuli zone of theNational Kabaddi competition (men's and women's) that concluded at Cumillagymnasium today (Tuesday). In the men's division, Chattogram district beat host Cumilla district by 34-33 points in the keenly contested final while Rangamati district defeatedKhagrachhari district by 31-13 points in the women's division final match. Earlier, on way to the final, Cumilla beat Rangamati by 32-16 points in thefirst men's division semifinal while Chattogram defeated Noakhali by 43-21points in the second semis.On Monday last, Rangamati district continued their excellent performance ontheir way to becoming the undefeated champions in the women's division final.
