DHAKA, Sept 23, 2025 (BSS) - The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has launched a legal procedure against one its own officers as it found validity of an allegation that he had demanded bribes from one person in Bagerhat. “ACC’s deputy assistant director Abul Hashem has been withdrawn from his assignment in Bagerhat and attached to the head office and legal procedures are underway to investigate in details the complaint against him,” an ACC spokesman told BSS.
