Life-term convict held in Khagrachhari | District

KHAGRACHHARI, Sept 23, 2025 (BSS) - Police in a drive arrested a fugitivelife-term convict in a murder case from his house at Rashik Nagar underDighinala upazila of the district early this morning. The arrested was identified as Fajar Ali, a resident of the same area. According to police, Fazar Ali called a man named Musharraf on April 13,2018, talking about buying and selling tractors at Rashik Nagar. Musharraf was later beaten and killed. Police recovered the body from the scene on the same day. Fazar Ali wasarrested after the incident, but he was out on bail and fled for a long time....
