AL activists hurl eggs at Akhter Hossen in New York

Awami League activists hurled eggs at Akhter Hossen, member secretary of the National Citizen Party (NCP) and a member of the delegation led by Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. The incident occurred at Terminal 8 of the airport around 1:00 am Bangladesh time on Tuesday (September 23). An Emirates flight carrying the Chief Adviser and his entourage landed at the airport.
