Canada reaffirms support for skills training of Bangladeshi youth | Others

DHAKA, Sept 22, 2025 (BSS) – The newly appointed Director General for South Asia at Canada’s International Development, Global Affairs Jean-Christian Brillant, has reaffirmed Canada’s commitment to empowering Bangladeshi youth through technical and vocational education during his first official visit here. Brillant today visited UCEP Bangladesh, a long-standing Canadian partner organization, which provides underprivileged youth—particularly women and girls—with hands-on training in care giving, welding, auto mechanics, and other trades, said a press release.
