170 teachers, doctors trained in Evidence-Based Medicine at BMU | News

DHAKA, Sept 22, 2025 (BSS) - A total of 170 teachers and doctors from 34departments have so far received training on Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) atBangladesh Medical University (BMU) here. The training workshops were organised by the university's InstitutionalQuality Assurance Cell (IQAC), said a press release of BMU. The information was revealed today at the certificate distribution ceremonyof the training workshop held at the conference room of BMU's SuperSpecialized Hospital. The event involved teachers and doctors from eight departments. Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr. Md Shahinul Alam attended the ceremony asthe chief guest and distributed the certificates.Pro-VC (Research and Development) Prof Dr. Md.
