Durga Puja arrangements ‘excellent’, no issues: Home Adviser

Lieutenant General (Retd) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Adviser to the Ministry of Home Affairs, said that this year’s Durga Puja arrangements are excellent and there are no issues. He made the remarks on Monday (22 September) at 11:00 am during his visit to the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in the Misionpara area of Narayanganj city. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury emphasised that Durga Puja is a religious event and its sanctity must be preserved.
