NLASO provides legal assistance to 4,465 cases of labourers since 2009 | News

DHAKA, Sept 20, 2025(BSS) - The National Legal Aid Services Organization (NLASO) provided legal services to 4465 cases of the labourers across the country from 2009 to July this year, official sources said here today. According to a report published on the website of the organization, it has realized compensation worth about Taka 6,69,26,215 from different factory owners for the labourers so far. The legal assistance cells in Dhaka and Chattogram provided 21,682 legal suggestions to the labourers. The organization has settled 815 cases out of 4,465 during the time. It also took up 3,301 initiatives to meet up the cases through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) method of which a total of 1914 cases have already been resolved through ADR....
