Mushfiq Uddin Togor, who served time for the murder of BUET student Sabekun Nahar Soni, now faces fresh charges under the Arms Act after illegal weapons and ammunition were recovered from a Dhaka flat. RAB-3 Deputy Assistant Director (Company Commander) Md Khalekuzzaman filed the case on Friday afternoon, confirmed Lalbagh Police Sub-Inspector Matiar Rahman Bulbul. Togor was arrested on Thursday afternoon from Azimpur in Dhaka.
