US Chargé d’Affaires Jacobson observes Exercise Pacific Angel 25 | Others

DHAKA, Sept 17, 2025 (BSS) - Chargé d’Affaires of United States Embassy in Dhaka Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson joined senior Bangladesh Armed Forces officials yesterday at Zahurul Haque Cantonment in Chattogram to observe the Exercise Pacific Angel 25.The Exercise Pacific Angel 25, a multilateral programme focuses on humanitarian assistance and disaster response, according to US Embassy press release issued by US Mission Spokesperson Poornima Rai here today. It said the 7-day multilateral exercise brought together nearly 92 US and 90 Bangladesh Air Force personnel, two Sri Lanka Air Force medical personnel, the Oregon Air National Guard, and regional partners to enhance cooperation in medical readiness, air safety, engineering support, and disaster management operations.
