The National Consensus Commission has presented recommendations from political parties and an expert panel on implementing the July Charter, also known as National Charter, which includes a seven-point pledge. Experts have proposed four methods for implementation: ordinances, executive orders, referendums, and special constitutional orders, a statement from the commission said on Wednesday.
