3-level security to ensure safe Durga Puja celebrations: IGP | News

DHAKA, Sept 17, 2025 (BSS) – Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam today said the upcoming Durga Puja will be celebrated safely and delightfully as police will implement a three-level security system at puja mandaps across the country. “The police will remain on high alert to ensure security at the puja mandaps,” he said. The police chief made the remarks while presiding over a law and order and security meeting on the occasion of Sharadiya Durga Puja 2025 at the Hall of Pride of the Police Headquarters this morning.
