Anisul, Amu, Razzaque, Inu, Menon shown arrested in fresh July Uprising cases | Others

DHAKA, Sept 17, 2025 (BSS) - A court here today ordered to show eight political figures of the fallen fascist Awami League including several former ministers arrested in connection with three separate cases of murder and attempted murder related to the 2024 July Uprising. Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Ariful Islam passed the order after the accused were produced before the court along with separate petitions seeking to show them arrested in cases filed with Jatrabari and Bhatara Police Stations. The accused include former ministers Anisul Haque, Amir Hossain Amu, Mohammad Abdur Razzaque, Rashed Khan Menon, and Hasanul Haq Inu.
