DHAKA, Sept 16, 2025 (BSS) — Bangladesh captain Liton Das decided to bat first after winning the toss against Afghanistan in crucial Asia Cup game at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi today. The match, the last group fixture of Bangladesh, is a must-win game for them in a bid to stay alive in the tournament. Bangladesh beat Hong Kong by seven wickets before tasting a six-wicket defeat to Sri Lanka in the previous game.
