The signing ceremony was held at the conference room of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications in the city, said a press release. The event was attended with the presence of Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, Special Assistant (ICT) to the Chief Adviser as the chief guest. Also present were Abdun Naser Khan, Secretary of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications, senior officials from the Ministry, including additional secretaries, joint secretaries, and deputy secretaries, along with A.K.M. Golam Baharul, Managing Director of TSS.
