'What is RUCSU and why' seminar held at RU | News

RAJSHAHI, Sept 15, 2025 (BSS) - A seminar titled "What is Rajshahi University Central Students' Union (RUCSU) and Why" was held today at Kazi Nazrul Islam Auditorium at Rajshahi University (RU). The Election Commission, ahead of the upcoming RUCSU, Hall Councils, and Student Representatives to the Senate election scheduled for September 25, organized the seminar. Chief Election Commissioner Prof F Nazrul Islam presided over the meeting, while RU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Saleh Hassan Naquib addressed the seminar as chief and Pro-VC Prof Farid Uddin Khan attended as special guest.
