DUCSU, JUCSU polls held peacefully with full support from law enforcers: Home Adviser | News Flash

DHAKA, Sept 14, 2025 (BSS) - Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said today that law enforcers successfully fulfilled their responsibilities in ensuring peaceful and orderly elections to the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) and Jahangirnagar University Central Students' Union (JUCSU). "The law enforcement agencies were able to perform their duties one hundred percent," he told reporters while responding to a question on the DUCSU and JUCSU polls. He made the remarks after emerging from a meeting of the Core Committee on Law and Order at the Ministry of Home Affairs held at the Bangladesh Secretariat.
