DHAKA, Sept 13, 2025 (BSS) – Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today expressed deep shock at the death of eminent folk singer Farida Parveen. In a condolence message, the Chief Adviser said that although Farida Parveen used to perform Nazrul Sangeet, patriotic and other songs, she was best known to her audience as the “Queen of Lalon Geeti”.
