Dr Khalid seeks OIC's help in Halal certification in Bangladesh  | News

DHAKA, Sept 13, 2025 (BSS) - Religious Affairs Adviser Dr AFM Khalid has sought cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in the Halal certification activities in Bangladesh. He sought this cooperation while exchanging views with the officials after visiting the 'Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH) Centre' in Islamabad in Pakistan on Thursday. The adviser said that the Islamic Foundation of Bangladesh has been working on Halal Certification and concerned authorities of Turkey and Saudi Arabia have been providing cooperation in this regard.
