3 people jailed for illegal sand extraction in the Padma river | District

The convicts are Md. Mokles, son of Muzaffar Madbar of Goshani village under Dashmina upazila in Patuakhali district; Md. Farukh, son of Hazrat Ali Chokdar of Charchanda village under Shibchar upazila in Madaripur district; and Md. Jewel, son of Md. Khalil Mridha of Kachibunia village under Rangabali upazila in Patuakhali district. The upazila administration, led by Louhjang Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Md.
