The ballot counting for the hall student councils at Jahangirnagar University has been completed, and the tally for the central student council (JUCSU) is set to begin. Around 6:45pm on Friday, about 21 hours after counting began, polling officer Uzzwal Kumar Mondal told bdnews24.com that the votes for 20 halls had been counted, including the last one from Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Hall. He added that polling agents from the halls had been called and the central student council vote counting was expected to start shortly.
