A tribunal is set to frame charges on Tuesday in a crimes against humanity case over the shooting of a young man clinging to the cornice of a building in Dhaka’s Rampura during the July Uprising, and the killing of two others. On Thursday, a three-member bench of Tribunal 1, led by Justice Golam Mortuza Mozumder, scheduled the date for the order after hearing arguments from both sides.
