DHAKA, Sept 10, 2025 (BSS) - Shipping and Labour and Employment Adviser Brigadier General (Retd) Dr M Sakhawat Hussain today said that the government will take strict actions against the owners of the industries concerned those took interest-free loans for the payment of arrears of wages of the workers and did not return the loans on time. "In order to resolve labour dissatisfaction due to the failure of the owners of various industrial units to pay their workers wages, the governmentprovided interest-free loans to several groups from the Finance Division and the Central Fund, Ministry of Labour and Employment.
