Depositions of 45 witnesses against Sheikh Hasina in ICT completed | News Flash

DHAKA, Sept 09, 2025(BSS) - The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) -1 today recorded depositions of six witnesses including a judge and a doctor against three accused including Sheikh Hasina in a case for crimes against humanity. The ICT-1 headed by Justice Golam Murtoza Majumder so far recorded the depositions of 45 prosecution witnesses of the case and fixed tomorrow for recording the deposition of others. Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun, one of the three accused of the case, gave his deposition as a state approver after ending the depositions and cross examinations of 35 witnesses of the case.
