DHAKA, Sept 9, 2025 (BSS) - The Bangladesh national football team has remainedconfined in a hotel in Kathmandu and the team's flight to Dhaka has beencancelled as escalated violence in Nepal compelled the airport authorities tocancel all flights from Tribhuvan International Airport. Bangladesh Football Federation media department confirmed the latestdevelopment this (Tuesday) afternoon. The statement reads that Bangladesh national football team was scheduled toreturn home from Nepal on Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight BG 0372 at 3 pmtoday but considering the current situation in Nepal, the team's journey hasbeen cancelled.
