Shipping ministry earns Tk 6,576cr in revenues in FY25 | News

DHAKA, Sept 8, 2025 (BSS) – The Ministry of Shipping has earned Tk 6,576 crore in revenue from various sources during the fiscal year 2024-25. Shipping Adviser Brig Gen (retd) Dr M Sakhawat Hossain today disclosed the information at a press conference held at the conference room of the Ministry of Shipping at the Secretariat here. He said that the ministry's progress in the past 15 years was only 9 percent, but due to different initiatives of the current government, the ministry has achieved about 90 percent success.
