Police have recovered the bodies of a university student and her mother from their home in Cumilla city. The victims were identified as Tahmina Akter, 50, wife of the late Nurul Islam, a former official at a Cumilla court, and her daughter Sumaiya Afrin, 24, a student at Cumilla University. The bodies were discovered early on Monday morning on the second floor of a building near the Kaliajuri playground, according to police.
