The “final draft” of the July National Charter that is to be sent to political parties for signing will end with the following promise: “We agree that all the proposals/recommendations of the July National Charter 2025 that are considered immediately implementable will be fully implemented by the government and other relevant authorities before the next national parliamentary elections without any delay.” Once the parties sign, it will bring an end to the main project of the National Consensus Commission.
