Case over intrusion of Bobby Hajjaj’s home to kill him: Hasina, 12 others indicted

Jabedur Rahman Jony, Office Secretary of the NDM, on behalf of Bobby Hajjaj today filed the case with Gulshan Police accusing 13 people including the Ousted prime minister. Sub-Inspector (SI) Moktar Hossain, General Recording Office (GRO) of Gulshan Thana told BSS that a first information report (FIR) was submitted to the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Ziadur Rahman today in this regard. The court instructed the officer-in-charge (OC) of Gulshan Thana to submit a report on this issue on October 9 after filling the case, the GRO said.
