WARSAW, Sept 7, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - An activist from Russian punk feminist protest group Pussy Riot has been arrested by Polish border guards with a warrant for her detention issued by Turkmenistan, Polish media reported Sunday. Asked about the whereabouts of Aisoltan Niiazova, a spokeswoman for Bialystok region's border guards in northeastern Poland told AFP "a Russian citizen was indeed arrested" Saturday.
