JCD-backed panel takes oath for DUCSU polls | News

Dhaka, Sept 7, 2025 (BSS) - Candidates of the Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD)-backed Abid-Hamim-Mayed panel in the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) and hall union elections took oath today. The oath-taking ceremony was held at the historic Bot Tola premises adjacent to the Arts Building of Dhaka University at noon. Vice-President candidate of the panel, Abidul Islam Khan, administered the oath to the panel members. Taking the pledge, the panel vowed to build a safe, vibrant, and student-friendly campus, upholding the legacy of Dhaka University in the country's struggle for independence, democracy, and people's rights.
