Selim Pradhan, 8 others held for operating unauthorized lead bar in Gulshan | Others

DHAKA, Sept 6, 2025 (BSS) - The Gulshan Police have arrested nine people, including Selim Pradhan from the capital's Baridhara area on charges of operating an unauthorized lead bar in Gulshan. The remaining other arrestees are : Md. Rakibul Islam Rafi (25), Md. Sadiqul Islam Sumon (39), Md. Taufiqul Islam (25), Md. Rifat Hasan (25), Md. Rabiul Hasan (25), Minhazur Rahman Tajbir (21), Md. Mehedi Hasan (26) and Md. Saimum Islam (25). Police arrested them after conducting a raid in the city’s Baridhara area under Gulshan police station around 3:00 pm today, said a police press release.
