No alternative to training for skill enhancement: Education Secretary | Others

DHAKA, Sept 5, 2025 (BSS) – Rehana Parveen, Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education, said there is no alternative to training for enhancing the skills of project managers. “The role of a skilled project manager is crucial for implementing government projects,” she said. She made the remarks while inaugurating the three-day residential training workshop titled “Project Processing, Appraisal and Management System (PPS)” at the Engineering Staff College Bangladesh campus in Gazaria, Munshiganj.
