National Kho Kho Championship begins  | Sports

DHAKA, Sept 5, 2025 (BSS)-The 8th National Kho Kho Championship (men’s and women’s), marking the Festival of Youth, has begun at Paltan ground in the capital today (Friday), said a press release. On the opening day in the men’s division, Bangladesh Ansar defeated Gazipur district team by one innings and 13 points while Dhaka district defeated Tangail district team by one innings and eight points. Nilphamari district team defeated Natore district team by 17-10 points. Meanwhile, in the women's division, Bangladesh Ansar beat Nilphamari district by an innings and two points while Jashore district defeated Satkhira district by one innings and one point.
