Man electrocuted in Bangshal | Others

DHAKA, Sept 5, 2025 (BSS) - A man was electrocuted in the capital's Nazira Bazar area under Bangshal Police Station early today. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Naeem (32), a tailor by profession. The accident occurred around 12:30 am, police and hospital sources said. Naeem was electrocuted by a short circuit while working at night and fell unconscious. He was later rescued unconscious and taken to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where the doctor on duty declared him dead around 2:30 am.
