Election roadmap is a blueprint to sabotage free, fair polls: Jamaat leader Taher
Jamaat-e-Islami central Nayeb-e-Amir Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher has criticised the recently announced election roadmap, calling it a blueprint to sabotage a free and fair election. "For a credible and free election, certain issues must be resolved, including giving legal backing to the July Charter and holding the election based on it. Announcing the roadmap without addressing these matters is a blueprint to sabotage a fair election," he said at an electoral meeting in Cumilla's Chauddagram on Friday.
