GK Gaus elected uncontested as Habiganj district unit BNP president | District
HABIGANJ, Aug 28, 2025 (BSS) -GK Gaus, Central Organizing Secretary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), has been elected unopposed as President of the Habiganj District unit BNP ahead of the council scheduled for September 6. Chief Election Commissioner Advocate Manjur Uddin Ahmed Shaheen announcement it at 4pm today. "As there was only one valid nomination for the post of president and no withdrawal by the deadline, GK Gaus has been declared elected uncontested," said Advocate Shaheen during the official declaration.
