On Thursday morning, students gathered under the banner of Krishibid Oikya Parishad (Agriculture Unity Council) and blocked the road. At 1:45pm, university student and National Citizen Party (NCP) leader Ashiq Ahmed said: “The movement for engineering rights took to the streets with their three-point list of demands. Their movement has been attacked for these demands. We strongly condemn and protest this. “At the same time, we are declaring our solidarity with their three-point list of demands.
